Since 2015, Concéntrico has been transforming the city of Logroño into a dynamic laboratory for urban innovation, bringing together architects, designers, and artists from around the world to explore new ways of activating public space. With more than 150 interventions over ten editions, the festival has created a platform for experimentation, dialogue, and collective experience in the contemporary city.

At the same time, in Belgium, Horst Arts & Music has developed a unique trajectory at the intersection of architecture, music, and visual arts. Since its founding in 2014, and especially since its relocation to the former ASIAT military site in Vilvoorde in 2019, Horst has been reinventing how cultural programming can regenerate urban space. Through experimental stage architecture, site-specific installations, and immersive electronic music experiences, Horst activates spaces in transition and fosters bottom-up urban creation. The festival functions both as a cultural event and as a catalyst for long-term urban and artistic development.
